Barnabas Training Basic at Good Shepherd

We are all in relationships - friends, co-workers, spouses, children, parents, neighbors...  It’s worth an occasional reminder that our interactions with everyone we encounter in our mundane daily lives are hope-filled opportunities for influence.  How do we influence those around us?  How can we become better spiritual friends to the people in our lives - to walk alongside them like God does with us?

The Barnabas Center - a Charlotte-based, Christ-centered counseling, training & teaching ministry - is offering a Barnabas Training Basic Weekend designed to “equip to encourage.”  The Barnabas Center was founded by friends of Good Shepherd, Palmer Trice and Roger Edwards, and we have the privilege of hosting this training event at our church this fall.  It is open to anyone.
Dates: Fri., Oct. 19: 6:00 -9:30pm; Sat., Oct. 20: 9:00am-4:30pm

Location: Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church
